HUMBLE YOURSELF TO OBEY GOD

There are some people who cannot admit they are wrong, and others who cannot stand to be wronged. Both have difficulties serving God.

When we are wrong, we must admit it.

When wronged, there are times that we must fight that wrong, and other times when we must submit to it! Knowing when to fight, and when to submit, is the key to winning or losing.

If we take a look at the great men and women of faith, it seems that in each of their lives, there came a time of great humbling. Out of that humbling process there came a seeking after God that brought them into new and greater places of ministry and influence.

It is those most humbling times, those times when we are stripped of everything but our dependance upon God, that we learn to trust and obey him most. As we learn obedience to him, we are prepared to reach greater heights than we ever imagined before.

SUBMISSION THROUGH HUMBLING BRINGS OBEDIENCE THROUGH SUFFERING!
