Hopping on board the atheist bus

Ah yes, good ole Mr Dawkins is at it again, blazing the message of “atheism” across the skies…well, not quite…it’s those London buses again! (Click here for my original post on this campaign)
Oh how Mr Dawkins loves to tell us “religious types” that all we can do when someone preaches a different message about God is to get offended – apparently because we have no reasonably argument. Not so Mr Dawkins, not so.
As a Christian, I am not offended by such campaigns, why should I be? He also states that we have no reasonably argument for holding such views yet as far as I am concerned, Mr Dawkins has yet to present me with a “reasonable argument”, that God “probably” does not exist.

Here in this guardian report, Ariane Sherine explains where the idea for the Atheist Bus Campaign came from and Polly Toynbee talks to Richard Dawkins about the word ‘probably’.

Some folks think they’re being deep when they’re just being trendy. Atheism is certainly hip. Folks like to think they think and are free from the shackles of we ordinary unthinking folks. Great post. -C

yeah, I’m not offended either. I think by putting “probably” out there I would suspect many read it and internally say, “But what if there is?”
